DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintaining and increasing sales Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself Collecting customer feedback Report and analyze quantitative sales data in accurate and logical manner
REQUIREMENT

Education at least Bachelor Degree Hotel Industrial background only Minimum 1 years experience in similar position Fluent in English Good personality & appearance Hard worker, highly motivated and customer oriented Strong interpersonal and problem solving University or College degree in a related discipline preferred
