Responsible for the overall appearance and presentation of seasonal merchandising strategies through brand guide planning, mapping, and execution.
Lead store team to achieve and maintain visual merchandising presentation and standards to drive sales growth.
Maintain and update floor plan and fixture block leveraging the Digital Brand Guide and fixture database.
Leverage visual merchandising filters to create sell down strategies and impact decision making.
Lead, translate and execute brand rollouts including visual merchandising and presentation initiatives.
Build visual merchandising skill and capability through education and usage of current tools.
Proactively identify and communicate merchandise flow and visual merchandising insights with recommended solutions.
Responsible for talent life cycle of direct reports, including recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, development, performance management, terminations and succession planning.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in visual merchandising, graphic design or equivalent
At least a minimum of 3 years visual merchandising leadership experience with massive brand and high volume
Able to lead a team of Visual Merchandisers with focus on results
Fluent in spoken English
High proficiency in illustrator, InDesign, Power-point & Photoshop
Sensitive with numbers for numeric reporting
Meticulous and have an eye for details
Well organized and must be an excellent planner
Ability to cope under pressure and multiple deadlines.
Store based role with retail hours and work on weekends
Willing to be placed in Bali
