DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Types, duplicates, distributes, receives, translates, and files general and confidential documents, mail/messages, and information to provide accurate, neat, and complete documents to the PIE Principal’s office.
Receives, directs, and relays telephone messages and emails; and screens calls and visitors for the principal in order to manage messages and access to the PIE Principal.
Schedules appointments, maintains PIE Principal’s calendar, and makes reservations to ensure efficiency in PIE Principal’s agenda.
Provides staff absence information to the Human Resources Office
Provides needed financial reports in a timely manner in order to feed regular data and information to the Business Office.
Requests and disburses a petty cash fund under PIE Principal endorsement to support and manage the administrative expenses of the PIE Principal office.
Prepares and follows up work orders for school events to ensure the event's accomplishment.
Liaise with the Administrators and Staff, other departments, JIS Communities, and other parties outside the organization, to ensure understanding and clarity in the PIE work program.
Performs self-development activities to upgrade job competency.
Prepares and follows up on purchase requests for office matters.
Embraces the JIS Learning Dispositions of Resilience, Resourcefulness, Relating and Reflecting
Performs other related duties and assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the PIE Principal, including but not limited to participation in class/School activities or events, attendance of workshops organized by JIS
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably in Administration or Secretarial
Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), PowerSchool, and Macintosh Computer.
Knowledge of Database Management Systems and Modern Office Practices and Procedures, including filing systems and telephone techniques, letter and report writing, and office machines
Outstanding personal communication skills
Helpful, cooperative, and eager to communicate and problem-solve.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others of various cultural backgrounds
Demonstrated experience and comfort level with adolescents, especially in
instructional settings
Helps maintain a positive and friendly working atmosphere with others
Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and initiate projects without direct supervision
A clear commitment to Child Protection, safety, service learning, and environmental stewardship
