DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conduct tax audits and reviews to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit responses to tax authorities' inquiries and notices.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information for tax audits.
Analyze tax assessments and proposed adjustments to determine their accuracy and validity.
Develop strategies to resolve tax disputes and negotiate settlements with tax authorities.
Assist in the preparation of appeals and represent the organization during tax audits and dispute resolution proceedings.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations to provide proactive advice on tax compliance and risk mitigation.
Maintain accurate records of tax audit activities, findings, and resolutions for future reference and reporting purposes.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor in either Accounting, Taxation or other Business related fields or related experience.
2-3 years of taxation experience (tax accounting, fiscal administration), preferably has experience in a tax consultant.
Understanding of SAP is a plus.
Microsoft Office skill (Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point).
Taxation operational knowledge.
Willing to be placed at Danone Head Office at Kawasan Industri Pulogadung.
