DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Prepare journal entry and adjustment entry. 2. Recap the expenditure data, including Tax for the company's activities every month. 3. Generate petty cash reports weekly. 4. Prepare cash and bank vouchers or bank balance. 5. Provide administrative and procurement support to the team, including payment for transportation, event preparation, accommodation arrangements, and ongoing operations. 6. Assist the Tax, Finance & Accounting team in generating financial reports every month and verify all financial transactions in accordance with applicable tax regulations. 7. Assist in monitoring purchases & inventory. 8. Filing Tax documents and VAT Reconciliation.
REQUIREMENT

1. GPA of Minimum 3.00 and must at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from recognized university 2. Fresh graduate or Minimum 1-3 year experience in related field. 3. Has Brevet A&B certification. and understand the calculation of PPH 21, 22,23,25 and 4(2) and VAT. 4. Understand the DJP Online and E-SPT programs and preparation of financial reports for Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Journals and others. 5. Calculate and prepare quarterly and annual tax reports. 6. Accustomed to handling E-Invoices and E-Filling. 7. Familiar with using the SAP program and Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 8. Accustomed to handling audits, recording financial transactions and tax journals. 9. Fluent in English verbally and in writing. 10. Work location in West Jakarta.
