DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for sales performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets and company profit objectives. Develop and implement strategies, and action plans to achieve sales targets. Coordinate and monitor sales planning including the analysis of market opportunities, and competitor activities. Develop and monitor sales analysis to improve the company's market share. Responsible to prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and sales programs, and updating the report. Monitor efficient service to customers and handle all customer complaints with good result oriented. Provide customer support in collaboration with all departments and monitor significant issues regarding customer satisfaction. Other related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

The working venue is in Cikarang. Our client is a Japanese Automation company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Manager. Hold Bachelor's degree. 3 years of experience as Sales Marketing Assistant Manager or Manager from Automation company. Business level English, Have SIM A and able to drive car. Japanese speaker is a plus. [Only CV in English will be processed]
