DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparing & submitting documentation for staff overtime (TMS), Annual leave, medical leave update and other administrative tasks. Maintenance of the department's personnel individual file and keep track on medical leave, training and annual leave, and weekly updates. To ensure a proper filing system is being created in accordance with the Standard Office Operating Procedures. Filing, labelling and Maintenance of Documentations. To be well equipped with computer knowledge to operate various software programmers to increase office efficiency. To provide material list for submission and ensure all the material to be deliver on time. Assisting in ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Must possess a minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or relevant field. 1-year relevant working experience. Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication abilities. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Efficient, accurate with details, confidence, adaptable and energetic. And good problem-solving skills. Must be able to speak Bahasa & English.
