DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling and monitor whole Recruitment process to produce qualified human resource needs in Head Office, Warehouse & Store Operational Coordinate with all related department Managers to plan and create future hiring needs Build the company’s professional network through relationship with HR professionals, collages and relevant partners Maintain and develop Recruitment & Assessment team to ensure the Man Power fulfilment are going well as MPP request
REQUIREMENT

Max. 30 years old Min. Bachelors Degree in Psychology is a MUST Excellent knowledge in Recruitment & Assessment process, especially in Big Retail Industry Good communication skills in English is a MUST, Mandarin to be advantage Having good interpersonal, leadership and creative At least 3 years experience as Recruitment Supervisor in handling Office Management & Store Operational needed Good knowledge in assessment tools and recruitment channel Ready for going Business Trip if company needs Willing to work in under pressure situation & detail oriented
