DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide managerial leadership to the IT team Plant IT infrastructure and office systems work effectively, and to provide the necessary end-user support effectively. Communicate and implement local IT policies IT Inventory Management: Hardware and Software Inventory Management, Inventory Planning, Budget and Cost Control IT Operations : Network and Infrastructure Maintenance, Servers and System Administration, System Implementation, Improvement Initiatives, New Technologies Awareness Daily Operation: Carry out effective IT operations such as system monitoring and health check, system backup, and data archiving to ensure the Plant’s IT systems and services are operated well End-user Support: Application and System Training, Cross-functional Support and Troubleshooting
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management roles, preferably in the stockbroking/securities industry or Financial Banking. Relevant certifications and training are a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Highly proficient in English Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Skills Required: Proficiency in Visual C++, Delphi, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server. Project period 3 months
