DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies and objectives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
Lead and develop finance team members, including coaching and performance management.
Coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar position. Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in Sun System, Material Control System, or SAP. Working knowledge of OPERA PMS and Symphony POS system. Proficient in advanced Excel is a must. Hands-on knowledge of Tax Accounting. Proven track in strong Accounting operational and analytical skill. Good command of English in both verbal and written. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
