DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Serves as key point of contact for internal customers’ service requests seeking technical assistance. Performs onsite/remote troubleshooting, tracks and handles all incidents within SLA. Able to work flexible hours or shifts.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in IT or any relevant field of discipline Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience Experience in Operating Systems such as Windows or Linux Experience in supporting Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) Familiarity / Good to Have knowledge in: Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS Azure DevOps, SCRUM Backend technologies and APIs Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL)
