DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first-response technical support to all issues reported via phone/email. Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems. Ensure all issues are expediently addressed, resolved, and documented. Increase customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and follow-through. Suggest improvements, your voice will be heard.
REQUIREMENT

Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT/IS, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field. Understanding basic networking configuration 1+ years experience in hands-on Windows/Linux System administration/technical support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent in English will be preferred. Willingness to research, learn, adapt, and attend training. Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion. Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems. Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time. A home location in Jakarta Barat will be preferred.
