DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Design and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and solidify its market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Utilize market insights to develop effective sales initiatives.
Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure sales strategies meet customer demands.
REQUIREMENT
Position: Sales Director Location: Kuningan, Jakarta A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the FMCG in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or tobacco industry. Strong connection to Jakarta, with a preference for candidates residing in or near Kuningan. At least 40 years of age Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading teams in a competitive market. Fluent English proficiency and exceptional team-building and motivating skills in a multicultural environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field as a minimum.
