DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Launch and Develop new “Brands” in Indonesia Market. Raise up the brands awareness in the market Analyze products & brands and research any related marketing, organize marketing projects. Review the marketing projects, develop further plan. Collaborate with sales teams for planning promotional marketing campaigns. Create editorial and contents creation for various platforms and media outlets. Assist in the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media advertisements on TV and radio, social media advertisements and email blasts Budgeting all the marketing projects by timeline with master detail plan. Conduct market research to determine the needs, wants, habits, interests of the target audience and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration Have experience as a Marketing Planner or Product Management in the Multinational Company at least 5 years in a Supervisor or Manager level Have a successful history of launching new brands in any country Able to speak English both oral and written is a must, able to speak Korean is a plus (Interview shall be conducted in English or Korean) Having experience in the medical device industry is a plus Have data analysis skills and understand various reporting software to measure Key Performance Indicators Have research and problem solving skills
