Trade Marketing - Liaise with trades, contractors and suppliers Provide monthly sales mechanics and visuals to buyers Submit promotion/outpost details and drawings to buyers Handle all requests by buyers Assist BM to plan and responsible to execute trade marketing plans Book promotion dates with buyers / malls Work with contractors to develop promotion drawings Counter merchandising Responsible in counter merchandising/display/visuals Change counter trans and allocate counter displays Look for merchandise vendor, comparing and order for retail needs Develop brand/ promotional materials Liaise with designer/agency on developing advertising material & promotional collaterals Ensure advertising materials to be submitted before deadlines Tiktok & Brand Mall initiatives Create campaign and promotion activities for platform Work closely with enabler to prepare all things needed Allocation for stocks to meet the target sales Forecasting Together with demand planner, forecast item to be align with IMC calendar Forecast sales so purchase order trigger will be more accurate Foresee the need of certain SKU or line, which will be needed on certain period Forecast novelty item based on historical data Ad-hoc marketing activities: Initiate tie-up plans with 3rd parties CRM Plan and create Recruitment & Retention campaigns for retail, tiktok & brand mall Execute all CRM plans/activities at all retail, tiktok & brand mall A&P Budget Assist BM to manage and monitor A&P budget, to ensure expenditures are within budget. 9. Analysing & Reporting To analyse all executed marketing activities for future implementation plans Track on market trends and competitors’ activities 10. Liaise with HQ and ASEAN office 11. Work closely other departments (sales, training, VM, designer, online team, marcom, SCM & finance)
