DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Being responsible in giving response to service issues and requests by users Provide level 1 technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware through remote assistance software Doing PC Maintenance in the venues and HO Performing end user software installation, configuration, procurement, support, and troubleshooting on end user devices Assisting with Hardware/Software asset inventory Management, including hardware disposals Assisting with special projects
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Information Technology Have experience for hardware, software and network troubleshooting Understand the incident process / service request log by Ticketing System Responsive and Proactive in doing work Being able to speak English is preferred Ability to work flexible hours from time to time to cover for other URGENT issues which may occur Having Cisco, HyperV skills will be an advantage
