DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively identify potential accounts and contacts, follow-up on sales leads to secure and capture potential sales opportunities. Create new business opportunity, profile qualified prospect, cold-call leads and pipeline management, and updating of customer’s database to CRM. Contact prospect clients to offer them business proposals or close sales deals. Perform sales pitches/presentations to earn customers’ interests. Prepare/present written presentations, reports and price quotations or project proposal. Organize business events, Expo and road show. Stock delivery arrangement, after sales services and payment collection. Provide customer services, SLA, warranty claim, product samples and arrange technical support for customer. Meet annual individual and team’s sales goals and targets. Monitor the overall performance of sales support which involved preparing proposal, quotation and sales order for clients to ensure seamless operations through quick processing of transactions. Conduct forecast to detect emerging market trends with potentially existing sales opportunities. Prepare and present fortnightly sales activities report during sales management meeting. Conduct webinar, in house seminar, knowledge symposium, business conference and product expo whenever necessary. Lead and manage the ISO auditing activities for the business development department. Assist the Team Lead in carrying out assessments to identify and eliminate efficiency limiting and time-consuming factors. Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with Sales Lead to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assist Sales Lead in understanding sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate continuous process improvement. Monitor the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data Guide and coach juniors to complete the end-to-end sales cycle. Assist Manager in establishing hiring practices and criteria for recruiting sales representatives to ensure high performing individuals are selected. Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales personnel in the sales organization supported. Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.
REQUIREMENT

- Good command of English language and writing skill. - Proven lead generation ability. - Well-versed in business communication, tele-communication business etiquette - Great in interpersonal skill, presentable, forward thinker and constant learner, independent with mature critical thinking, resourceful, and committed. - Well-organized professional with ability to prioritize and multitask. - Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and coach others. - Able to work in team and good liaison with all other department members. - Pay attention to detail. - Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Able to conduct research and analysis to come up with techniques for improved sales. - Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft office such as MS Excel, MS word, MS Power Point & etc. - Knowledge in SI (System integration) would be added advantage. - Willing to travel to outstation or overseas if required. Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Computing, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or in a related discipline. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or any other foreign languages, e.g.Thai, Indonesian, or others. Min 5 years of working experiences in the related sales field, e.g. business development, Sales Operation, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Sales administration, etc.
