Coordinate with customers to establish agreements for product testing and consumer research.
Publish pricing offers for product testing and consumer research proposals to present to customers.
Follow up to ensure that all pricing offers are approved by the customer, confirming their agreement to proceed with product testing and consumer research.
Develop and execute marketing plans for Skinproof services in alignment with the company's strategy.
Ensure the participation of all invited parties in Skinproof service marketing activities.
Provide customers with comprehensive and accurate information and services concerning their product testing and consumer research requirements.
Regularly monitor all processes related to fulfilling customer needs.
Collaborate with the Quality System Department to plan and conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys.
REQUIREMENT
S1 Pharmacy
Have knowledge of product marketing and B2B key account management.
Able to implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) principles
Skilled in Project Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
