DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop new customers and expand existing markets. Set sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets, projecting expected sales volume and profits. Build and promote strong, long-lasting business relationships with customers and channels partner. Travelling to the remote customer when necessary needed Drive sales, monitor, track, and review sales performance and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering Major A good understanding of geotechnical concepts such as slope stability, settlement and pore water pressure and the instruments associated with these concepts such as piezometers, inclinometers, and extensometers Be familiar with standard borehole drilling techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English High level of computing skills with a focus on datalogging communications. Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with internal and external customers and prospects Well organized and a proven chaser of business opportunities Be (Both) technically and sales orientated Customer focussed with attention to details Budget forecasting and proficiency with commercial terms and conditions Demonstrated sales skills with a proven track record in geotechnical instrumentation markets or related fields. Ability and willingness to travel is a MUST
