REQUIREMENT

Responsible to Ensure availability of Material & Equipment Responsible to preparing all required material in accordance with the production planning Responsible to preparing and setting up production machines for production process Issue MST (Material Staging Transfer) to request Required Material in accordance with production planning from SAP. Checking Material provided by Inventory and ensure in line with the MST and POS Responsible to Preparing Required Material from PSA to Production area Responsible to Record Material for traceability needs and Calculate Material return to Inventory (MRT) Responsible to conduct performing manual handling in accordance with required process at respective the production line Preparing and setting up production machines and their supporters. Operating the production machine in accordance with established procedures from start up, running process and production stop Doing group rotation in operating Production machines Record all Quality checking parameter and inform to superior if there any issues Conduct process & Product quality check to ensure all quality parameters are controlled, measured and meet to standard Collect the sample of material and finished products as a retention sample in accordance with the Q-Plan Conduct cleaning & sanitation in accordance with the procedure & standard quality. Carry out regular Autonomous maintenance and minor repairs to production machines in accordance with procedures. Responsible to checking and preparing tools availability for autonomous maintenance process execution Responsible to ensuring and checking spare part availability & spare part quality Responsible to conduct closing WO process Responsible to Execute WO PM operational, AM checking and verification and maintain the integrity of the machines and equipment assets Responsible to Conduct close monitoring equipment performance during production Involve in overhaul activities and lead by Maintenance team Conducted regular and mandatory CIP as per CIP & COP requirements/matrix Responsible to Execute Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening and Conduct inspection and testing to the cleaning and sanitation process (before and after the production process) and contribute to provide improvement ideas. Responsible to conduct Operational Checklist Conduct Machine & Equipment checking for Production to ensure machine and equipment in good condition and ready for process Responsible to maintain all plants utilities and facilities are in safest possible condition. Responsible to Control spare part utilization in all plant utilities and facilities Responsible to monitoring process parameter (eSIC and Quin-sys) Responsible to Review and monitor the results of quality checks from both the Quin-sys and QMP forms that apply Responsible to Conducted regular and mandatory CIP as per CIP & COP requirements/matrix Responsible to Making sure implementation of QMP in production process as per Q-Plan, are recorded correctly according to procedures Responsible to conduct handover administrative (GR) process to support handover product process run smoothly Responsible to ensure all goods received are passed quality check Responsible to implement OHS policies, work plans, procedures, work instructions. In accordance with OHS policy and identify potential risk hazards in the work area and carry out preventive measures Monitoring process performance, updating to superior and coordinating with other section for resolving the issues Identify improvement opportunity, suggest for improvement initiatives to the superior and involving to improvement activities to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness and productivity
