DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversees day to day mall operations. Handles mall tenant relations and concerns. Ensures tenant compliance with fit-out guidelines building house rules. Handles and prepares necessary documentation for issuance tenants to operate clearances. Other related functions that may be assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/Architecture. Preferably a licensed Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or Architect. With at least 4-5 years of experience in mall operations. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service and good leadership instincts. Willing to be assigned at Greenhills, San Juan City.
