REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, showcasing a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other related field. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a software development team. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, preferably NetCore, Python, JavaScript, Blazor Extensive knowledge of and experience with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Understanding of database technologies, tuning, and management (particularly SQL Server, PostgresQl, and NoSQL databases). Experience with setup and deployment in cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledgeable in source code repository and versioning tools and integration with CI/CD Knowledgeable and familiar in managing containerized application deployments eg., Kubernetes, open-shift, Amazon ECS, AWS Fargate, GKE Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Ability to adapt to new technologies, development approaches, and changing business needs. Demonstrate an innovative and forward-thinking mindset with a focus on implementing the most efficient solutions. Have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software products and avoid shortcuts that might compromise software quality. Able to prioritize and perform strategic planning and alignment of IT initiatives with business goals. Experienced in Project Management area, including budget planning and monitoring.
