Conduct a complete report of attendance and tardiness report trough HRIS
Conduct an attractive Initial Review periodically with the supporting report
Provide correspondence & administration things related to company and employee needs
Managing medical benefits (hospital claim and reimbursement) and providing analysis of employee illness
Managing another benefits (communication and COP) and providing analysis of the trends
Managing Operational for company needs (Office supplies, Gasoline, Operational Car, Business trip, Internal Proposal plan & recap for HR needs, etc)
Making & monitoring budget for HR Operational
Managing employee database, SOP, Filing management & reporting
Conducting Employee event (Monthly & Seasonal)
Supporting Board Level needs
