DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively support the development of store business with regards to safety and security aspects. Working together with whole store team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and secure profit maximization through implementation of IKEA and local safety & security requirements. Partnering and collaborating with managers and co-workers to support and build a positive and safe work environment. Work together as a team and develop competence to ensure a safe & secure working environment for our customers & co-workers and protect our assets and the IKEA Brand.
REQUIREMENT

Highly interested in IKEA store Safety & Security management and willing to contribute for it. Passionate to ensure a highly safe, profitable, and efficient environment for IKEA customers and co-workers, commit to secure the Life Safety & Fire Prevention and protect Store Assets and the IKEA Brand. A safe mindset, proven with current Security License and first aid expert certification. Understand relevant regulations that apply nationally and locally. Enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment. Available to work a mix of day, as our store trades 7 days a week.
