DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Key in the AP Invoices into SAP (Before Payment), and make sure the transactions are properly deducted with applied W/Tax.
Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (by assets, liabilities, and expenses).
Prepare Financial Statement, preparation of periodic financial statements, and corporate annual reports.
Reconcile bank statements.
Liaise with Other Country Spire Office for Intercompany Billing Issues (Trade and Non-Trade) and send the interoffice list after closing FS every month.
Analyse transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Update the CRM Module from accounting software into SAP and prepare the report.
Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audit.
Analyse budgets and create expense reports.
Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Understand tax policies and liaise with Tax Consultants.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business Administration required.
Five years or more of related experience is required.
Proven experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.
A certified Public Accountant designation is highly preferred.
Fast learner, attention to detail.
Can work under pressure and focus on the timeline and tight deadline.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP for Business.
Good English skill (both written and verbal) is preferred.
