DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles.
Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
Provide recruitment reports to the managers.
Maintain and update applicants data and related documents.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related degree. Minimum 1 year of experienced as HR. Proven experience as a recruiter with end-to-end of recruitment process. Strong time management skills, including flexibility to work with multiple projects. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willing to be placed in Tangerang City Banten Willing to be join ASAP
