REQUIREMENT
Candidate must process at least Diploma in secretary studies, Bussines administration Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training. 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous. Organize calendar, attend meeting, prepare meeting minutes Organize business trips (including flights, accommodations, travel documents and travel expenses reporting, itinerary, documentation etc) Involved in any preparation of corporate actions, in cooperation with relevant departments (i.e., investment, finance, legal, and compliance) and also communicate with OJK, KSEI, IDX, and Share Registrar. Handling corporate souvenir and events Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills. Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwardin Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting President Director may require Various ad hoc requests
