To meet the standards for revenue and profit by creating efficient relationship management with the priority clients
By meeting the standards of excellence in service by doing thorough analysis and meeting high satisfaction standards for the client's personal finance and investment products
By cross-selling and up-selling wealth products that are offered by the Bank
Conducting the sales and services activities to the clients by meeting the appropriate parameters set by the Bank
Maintaining high level of quality service to the priority customer by having good attitude and be the first point of contact when the customer has any needs or issues to be resolved
Building and deepening relationship with existing clients
Regular check-up with the clients
REQUIREMENT
Possesses a bachelor's degree in any field from local/overseas reputable universities
Minimum 4 years of working experience as Priority Relationship Managers
Must be able to have proven track records in high level of portfolio handled and achievable target revenue
English is a plus point
Must have WPPE, WAPERD
Willing to be located in Semarang
