DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide support to employees in various HR related issues such as attendance, sick, permission, leaves, and other employee issues
Maintain good relations with the operational team and other related divisions and ensure the same policy is being implemented by all employees
Responsible for operational outsourced employees
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRM or equivalent 1+ years relevant work experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot.) Proficient in HRD Administration Processes like Absence, Employee Data, Payroll, Employment Contract Able to work under tight deadline Able to work at night shift Willing to work in Gateway Sunter (Jakarta Utara)
