REQUIREMENT

At least 6 years experience in similar client facing role, preferably in a fast-paced Managed Services environment Understanding of ITIL and Service Management principles Experience using an MSP automation toolset such as Datto Autotask Understanding and experience in delivering the following technologies & solutions or similar (preferably with some relevant certifications): Microsoft technology such as Office 365, Microsoft AD, Exchange & Windows Server Server technologies such as HPE, Dell, IBM Storage technologies such as HPE Backup & DR solutions such as Veeam and Datto Virtualisation solutions such as VMware and HyperV Networking such as Cisco, Meraki and Sophos Firewalls Public Cloud such as Microsoft Azure or AWS Working with Design and Construction software such as Autodesk, Bluebeam or Enscape is a plus. But not a compulsory
