DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Daily system monitoring, verifying, and reviewing all hardware, server and network resources, systems, and key processes etc.
Regular security monitoring to identify possible disturbance.
Inspect LAN and WAN infrastructure for problems.
Investigating and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for all company IT System
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as required.
Address and solve system failures to increase network uptime.
Having knowledge and experience of Supporting, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of IT Infrastructure
Having knowledge and experience of Maintenance and Troubleshooting Server Hardware (HPE Server preferred)
Having knowledge and experience of Maintenance and Troubleshooting Network Devices (Router, Firewall, Network Switches)
Having knowledge of Fortigate devices is highly preferred. Having knowledge and experience of Linux Operating System
Maintenance
Maintain operation, configuration, or other procedures. Performing regular updates and upgrades as and when necessary.
Provisioning
Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements of the company.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and system standards
REQUIREMENT
University Degree in Information Technology /Computer Science
Minimum 3 years working experience in the IT field.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
Having Professional Certification is preferable.
Able to multi-task, maintain priorities.
Able to create Technical Documents
Experience on Manage Vendor or Supplier.
Understanding of Retail Business Process is Preferable
Have good work responsibility, awareness, fast response.
Good personality attitude and eager to learn
