DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Work with applications groups to performance-tune and troubleshoot SQL code
Work with business units and developers to map out conceptual designs for planned databases
Install and testing new versions of the DBMS, specifically Mysql, Postgres, and Oracle database
Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata)
Control access permissions and privileges to adhere to audit controls
Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans
Develop, manage and tune SQL Server Replication
Ensure that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly
Communicate regularly with engineering team, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security
Engineer database-related solutions for various project and operational needs
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures; contribute to and maintain system standards; create and maintain documentation as it relates to configurations
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferred
At least 4 years in Information Technology
At least 4 years IT operation, with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices
Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
