DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage end-to-end operation of End Client Devices (IT Fleet Management and Manage Print Services), including support and troubleshooting for all users. Handle and manage IT tickets assigned to the team according to the Bosch ITIL Framework Responsible for end-user enabling and consulting to users in regards of IT solution and operation. Drive the local rollout activities for IT-related including their Change Management activities Collaborate with Regional Team in physically supporting the on-site IT Infrastructure. Coordination with Local Vendor to ensure the operational state of all onsite IT equipment.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/relevant field is a required Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, customer centric with service mindset. Experience in PC/Notebook, printers, and peripheral maintenance. Has basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Server, DB Host, Storage, Backup, etc.) Minimum 1+ year experience in the same fields; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
