DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee branding, marketing, business development, eCommerce, distribution channels, and business performance teams to ensure the achievement of preset annual KPIs, including the registration numbers, eCommerce sales and B2B annual sales targets of the platform
Drive the overall business direction, business model, marketing, and partnership strategy and present business pitches and reports to internal and external C-level executives
Lead the digital marketing and eCommerce team to drive overall branding, digital marketing and promotion strategy, new customer acquisition, customer engagement, digital channel optimization, eCommerce portfolio, and sales channel management
Lead the strategic partnership and business development team to initiate winning partnerships with external partners including service providors and product vendors, government, and NGO partners to achieve long-term business growth
Negotiate business partnerships, deals, and contract management
Lead the business performance team to perform regular business reporting, customer insights and analytics, and database marketing to achieve business results
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as product development, IT, legal, compliance, marketing communications, customer service, sales channels, and other marketing teams to ensure excellence in user experience (UX), user interface (UI) on the App and eCommerce platforms, overall user journey / customer journey, operational efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
Monitor the performance gap of the set KPIs and take appropriate marketing and business plans proactively and responsively
Stayup-to-date with market intelligence and new Tech trends and identify new business potential proactively and responsively
Ensure overall services and projects are well-scoped and executed to achieve business results while managing and coaching a sizable team
REQUIREMENT
Hold a degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
Have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in marketing, business development, and partnership, with at least 5 years at the managerial level
Preferably have 3 years of executive leadership experience with a proven track record in digital or eCommerce-related digital business strategy, execution, and partnership
Possess strong business acumen, strategic forward-looking thinking, aggressiveness, responsibility, analytical skills, and be detail-oriented and able to multitask under tight timelines
Demonstrate a structured and methodical way of working with strong problem-solving skills
Be technology-savvy, proficient in digital marketing and eCommerce platforms, and demonstrate leadership competency in team management
Have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
