DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Using power apps to create a simple application. Analyzing and understanding end users’ requests for Digital Solutions. Troubleshooting of software and hardware issue (for example, MS Office, copier printing issues, laptop, and desktop support, etc.) Assets deployment (To setup, deploy, or reconfigure Laptop/PC for users & install the necessary software) Manage user in AD, Gmail Admin, Firewall, VPN, QlapNAS Managing the Assets/Peripherals in the office & Purchasing them when necessary Application ERP MS NAV Superuser role support admin module (create user, assign roles) Assist IT Audit: MS Team, GitHub, NAS DevOps –asana, MS Teams conversation record. GitHub – Programming
REQUIREMENT

Candidates with no prior experience in the IT field are welcome. Experience in MS Office, Word, and Excel. Being Bilingual in both Chinese & English is preferred in order to liaise with Chinese associates from China. Knowledge or experience in any tool will be advantageous: Power Apps, Programming, Net, SQL Programming, QlikView(Qliksence), Tableau, Power BI, MS Dynamic NAV2017. Being quick to pick up on the job is a plus.
