Acts as a relief driver for top management.
Must be able to be contacted at any time, also present at all places punctually all the time during working hours and on stand-by time slot as designated.
Ensure personal safety and security of passengers and vehicle. Maintain passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential.
Find the best time to travel and the best route to take with Google Map & WAZE.
Ensure assigned vehicles are kept clean, tidy at all times and in good condition.
Ensure assigned vehicles well maintained with oil, petrol, water & tires to be filled when required.
Drive safely & within the driving speed limit to destinations as instructed.
Dispatch the documents/board papers/letters to the company’s customer or government bodies when required.
Ensures timely tracking of vehicle maintenance and insurance renewal.
Shall observe strictly the Company’s rules and regulation, policies and directives and instruction of the Company.
Observe Traffic Rules and Regulation and maximum speed limit as prescribed by the Road Transport Department.
REQUIREMENT
At least 5 years experience in related field with clean driving records and possess valid driving license is required for this position.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance & services.
Familiar with Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley roads and has a good sense of direction.
Good driving records, punctual, patient and with positive attitude. Well disciplined, properly groomed, with a courteous & pleasant personality.
Possess own transport with valid driving license.
Willing to work long hours/flexible hours.
Willing to do other assigned duties when required.
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
