DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. According to the company's personnel needs, according to the recruitment time, formulate and implement the recruitment plan
2. Develop and maintain recruitment channels to ensure that recruitment channels can effectively meet the company's employment needs
3. Effectively implement the recruitment process and maintain communication with the responsible persons

REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management is preferred 2. More than 1 year recruitment experience 3. Cheerful personality, good communication and expression, ability to resist pressure and fast learning ability 4. Have a strong , could manage working hours reasonably, and be responsible for the recruitment effect 5. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and positive energy 6. Mandarin, English and Indonesian (Bahasa) can be used as working languages to negotiate and communicate with candidates
