DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Have good understanding in Hardware, Networking, and common Software. - Support several instructure Device, Printer / share Printer, Desktop / Laptop / Macbook, Install Windows / Software, Maintance server absence / IP Iphone / CCTV office, file sharing, WiFi - Troubleshoot system and Network problems, diagnosing and solving Hardware or Software faults - Providing technical support and Hardware or Software use - Monitorin and maintaining computer system and Network
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor degree in IT Network and Hardware - Minimum 3 years experience in related position - Good Working knowledge of all desktop application and malware application - Ability to load and Troubleshoot various Software and Hardware system - Have skill in Microsoft Office (specialized in Word & Excel and understanding Excel formula)- Good Interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal employees and also external vendors
