DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinates and reports day-to-day activities with the Production Supervisor Checks completeness of order details received from the Sales Department. Coordinates with Sales and Inventory team Prepares Job Order issuance for outsourced contractors Assists the Production Supervisor in preparing production schedules Manages and updates time and action calendars (or trackers) to identify clear production deadlines and any issues relating to production timing and deliveries Creates and maintains a report of the production status Coordinates with the team members to ensure the production process is completed on time
REQUIREMENT

good organizational and planning skills Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual excellent communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively a good understanding of garment production methods Adaptable and willing to learn
