DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for conduction recruitment process
Lead and guide Training Need Analysis (TNA)
Conduct training preparation & administration
Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments
Conduct, controlling & review employee coaching and counselling
Maintaining process of job analysis, job description and job evaluation
Maintain, review Competence Evaluation and make review update matrix competence yearly
To maintain good relationship and cooperation with Recruitment Consultancy, Training Provider;
Carry out all regulation relating to RSPO, ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal, SMK3, And ISO 14001
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree Psychology Having experience minimum 3 years as People Development Having experience in recruitment, training administration, learning & development, career development / talent pool Able to use Psychology test Having knowledge Work Load Analysis, Manpower Planning, Organizational Development, Competency & KPI Development Having knowledge for Job Description, Job Analysis & Performance record Speak English well & writing Good communication skill & team work
