DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain up-to-date documentation on system implementation, troubleshooting and solution
Understand business and security requirements and implement IT infrastructure solutions including server, network, virtualization, storage, local and cloud backup, cloud operation, digital telephony, POS etc.
Manage and enhance IT infrastructure to support areas related to IT security (e.g. cybersecurity), business continuity, disaster recovery and information risk management, cloud or service portal subscription (eg. Azure, Zoom, SSL Web hosting)
Support and handle CCTV as part of first level support with recommendation if required.
Update relevant IT policies, processes and guidelines including ensure of proper records documentation to support IT operation and asset inventory
Administration and maintenance of Server hardware and software
Plan and implement project such as Server / PC upgrade
Secure data, network access and backup system
Manage & support Network Devices (routers, switches & firewall)
Manage CCTV, biometric system, POS system and door access system.
