- Ensures all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time - Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need - Conduct for Psycho Test and Interview - Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting - Posting job advertisement
REQUIREMENT

- Age max. 25 years old - Min. S1 majoring in Psychology - Min. 1 year experiences in same position - Able to conduct and make interpretation psychological testing - Hard worker, able to work in team, Communicative, good attitude - Good command skill in English (Oral & Written) Computer and Microsoft office literate
