• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies in an orderly manner • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses (FIFO protocol to be applied) • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clinics in a safe, timely manner • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied • Ensure every DO is stamped after delivery and accounted for back to the office daily • Proper Loading and unloading items to/from vehicles • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries • Ad-hoc delivery whenever necessary during working hour • Collect signature or payment if necessary, upon arrival to the recipient client • Document delivery time and location in the log book provided • Keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy • Maintain van to ensure it remains in good driving condition • Minimum 6 Delivery locations per day
