DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Responsible to do end to end recruitment process • Responsible for onboarding and off boarding • Overseeing the company's human resources activities, including but not limited to performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits, culture management, company events and recruitment • In charge of maintaining the company's human capital budget • Ensuring compliance with the labor regulations • Ideate improvement initiatives for human capital processes • Identifying and aiding in initial discussions for potential clients or partners • Handle employee and Industrial relation
REQUIREMENT

• Master degree in Psychology • 3 years of experience as human resources. • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution • Extensive knowledge of Human Capital policies, systems and legal • Ability to multi task and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willing to be placed in Duren Tiga Jakarta Selatan
