DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the team to contribute and drive regional and local Human Resource (HR) initiatives as well as processes into the Branch. HR initiatives includes but not limited to attraction, selection, engagement and development, in order to align to the Bank’s direction/vision. Also responsible for the overall operational deliverables of the HR team and to provide sound HR advice to the Branch that supports decision making on complex HR issues including but not limited to performance and rewards, recruitment, employee relations, organizational change and performance management. Strategic Support the development of the department's strategy. Enabling MUFG’s success of the new medium term business plan with best-in-class HR delivering greater efficiencies and building new employee experience through digitization, empowerment and reskilling. Financial Propose, review and maintain department’s expenses budget. Oversee and manage the Bank’s personnel expenses budget. Customer Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally. Work in partnership with colleagues across the region to support the implementation of regional projects at a branch level. Work in partnership with various departments to influence the adoption of global and regional HR policies and processes in the Branch to drive market relevant, cost effective and compliant practices. Work in partnership with various HR service vendors to seek HR advice and services. Work in partnership with hiring managers to support the recruitment process for senior / key branch roles. People Responsible for managing (objective setting & performance management), developing (coaching, career progression & training) and rewarding (financial and non-financial reward decisions) for Direct Reports. Act as a role model to team members and ensure adherence to all Bank’s policies / guidelines. Support, coach and guide team on complex HR issues. Other/Control Provide complex HR policy interpretation and guidance on local MUFG policies. Support the business with complex performance and conduct issues. Lead or support the delivery of key HR processes including but not limited to compensation reviews, performance management, succession planning and engagement survey. Support in the development and implementation of complex change initiatives including but not limited to reorganizations, HR system upgrades and the Bank’s cultural initiatives. Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations. Lead and/or support the delivery of various HR initiatives within the Branch to be implemented on time and within budget. Support in managing the risk profile for the department by providing sound policy advice to support decision making in the business. Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations. Participate in relevant committees in the Branch. Act as a subject matter expert to management on all HR related topics.
REQUIREMENT

Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution with minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Deep understanding and knowledgeable in HR operations and generalist role. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills to manage a team. Detailed understanding of all HR disciplines including but not limited to Service Delivery (HR Operations), Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Generalist, Rewards, Organizational Development and Training. Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices and local employment laws. Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
