DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Obtains current patient information from established and new patients. Accurately enters/updates patient information in scheduling system. Identifies payer source, and verifies insurance eligibility. Reviews Scheduling System for needed updated demographics and consent forms. Provide messages or transfer the call to physicians and nurses. Accurately imports registration documents into patients’ electronic health record.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in any field. High School Graduates may also be considered. Strong written and oral communication skills. With at least one (1) year of experience in a fast paced customer service industry. Preferably with experience handling a healthcare account. Proven ability to engender client trust and build relationships through partnering with clients for innovation and providing high quality of products and services. Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel etc.) Amenable to Temporary WFH Set-up. Amenable to work on a Night Shift. Preferably someone who can start by JANUARY 3, 2023.
