DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installation and handover of hardware and software in all work areas of the company for new employees (Installation and Handover) Perform maintenance on hardware and software both reactively and preventively (Reparation and Replacement) Add, change and delete user emails based on ticket requests at the service desk (Create, Edit and Delete Emails) Conduct visits to the company's work area to see existing problems from IT devices at each location visited
REQUIREMENT

Minimum diploma degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience Experience as IT Field Support for minimum 1-2 years Proficient in hardware installations & configuration, network, software and application development Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
