DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, other equipment Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Install and configure switches and routers to ensure optimal network performance Providing direct/indirect user assistance and technical support Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Having Minimum 2 years experiences at the same position. Good Communication skill Having good technical, logical thought process Having an Ability to stick to strict deadlines An ability to prioritize A keen eye for detail Note : All hiring process is free of charge
