DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain and upgrade hardware and network infrastructure Support the deployment of new technological solutions Support day-to-day operations through efficient troubleshooting Maintain co-workers' IT systems and hardware Educate co-workers about network security and workstations best practices
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or systems and networks preferred  Good knowledge and hands on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, and access point. TCP/IP family protocols, as well as DHCP, QoS, NTP, IPsec, SSL, ARP, NAT, ACL, etc. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in VPN deployment and maintenance Experience with local standards: Mikrotik equipment, Sophos XG firewall, Aruba networking solutions Good knowledge of business software suite (MS Active Directory, MS Office 365) Professional certification (MTCNA or MTCRE) is a plus  Knowledge of an Infrastructure-as-a-Service solution (AWS, GCP) is a plus Analytical thinking, ability to tackle complex problems through systematic approach to gain quick resolution Efficient communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.  Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
