DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop & perform test JIRA software, confluence, etc
Set up, configure, provision, and deploy personal computers, mobile devices, etc. Including performing assets (hardware & software inventory, license renewal, checking, and assets retirement
Providing users with excellent communication assistance on computer hardware, software, and application
Issue tracking, managing, and communicating issues using issue management software
Providing operational support and assistance in daily routine (supporting printers, servers, etc)
Help users solve specific problems and understand the problem and conduct diagnosis
Provide remote assistance for users not in the main office
Escalates complex and/or high-priority problems to the appropriate unit
Provide monthly activity report
Perform collaboration and coordination with all respective stakeholders to ensure the operational running properly
REQUIREMENT
Min. 1-year experience in the same field. Fresh graduates are welcome
Bachelor's Degree with a major in Information Technology
Strong analytical skill
Mastering one programming language (Computer Literate, PHP, LAN/WAN, Filling System, etc)
Having knowledge of RPA
Good interpersonal skill
Excellent in verbal and nonverbal communication
Good understanding of pseudocode & flowchart
